My Paket CY586245077DE is since more than One Month in the Import Customs. How long will it be there?

Your seller did not make customs clearance, that is why the parcel is still hold in the customs.

Please ask your receiver to call 0571-86896573/86896576 and they will guide him to make customs clearance.

Is it a return parcel for refund?

some bad seller doesn't make customs clearance in order to reject the parcel and refund duty. You should be careful of such bad sellers.

Hi everyone,

My package which I returned is still in at customer clearance. (CL122883963NL). The other package I returned, was received by the seller (but it was a smaller package). Do I email them to tell them they need to clearance the package?

CL122883963NL is still in Guangzhou customs waiting for receiver to make customs clearance.

Yes. You need to push the receiver to make customs clearance asap. Did you write the receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel?
