Hi,

It seems I have a problem with my package from Germany to China.

since 05.05.24, my package is already in beijing but still at the customs.
My client who will receive the package told me that the customs where try to contact him but because of a missing telephone number it's not possible for him to get in contact with the customs.

My question is can send the missing number to the customs to solve that problem?

The parcel is in China Post Beijing office waiting for receiver to make customs declaration.

I believe you might have forgotten to write receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel, otherwise the receiver should have received a text message code to make customs clearance online.

Now receiver needs to call China Post customs brokerage in Beijing , phone number 010-64743034/64566270 . They will guide him to make customs clearance in person.

If the receiver does not make customs clearance, the parcel will be returned to Germany after 2 months.
