Hi, I have an open dispute with PayPal regarding my Alixpress shipment, which never arrived. Has been over 2 months since I have placed my order. The seller said to Paypal that the parcel has already been delivered and provided a false tracking number which shows that the item has been shipped. The tracking number provided to me by the seller through aliexpress is CY022632035CN and still says that is has not yet been delivered. Can I please get some help with my order as I need evidence to send to Paypal that my item never arrived to get a refund.

CY022632035CN was returned to China. You need to open dispute to Aliexpress and claim refund.

Simply give the tracking number CY022632035CN to Paypal and aliexpress, they know how to verify .
