Hi there, my package sent from New Zealand has been held for clearance in Taiyuan A for the last 10 days with no contact to sender or receiver. Can you let us know why? Tracking number - EP436450197NZ

EP436450197NZ is 山西省太原邮区中心局邮件处理中心处理中心, it seems to have some delivery problem. You need ask receiver call china post EMS support line 11183 and try to pickup the parcel asap.
