Sorry, I use someone else's post,

However, the question stands... Item no. EM002209423RO shows "in Beijing, leaving the treatment center and sent to Shenzhen" ever since 2014-10-07 01:55 and no changes since then. I'm affraid it was lost. Can that be the case?

I just did. But do you know if it got to Shenzhen? They already tried calling last week and they were told it didn't get there...

Dear chinapostvolunteer, shal I understand that the advice is a shot in the dark or do you have genuine info on the parcel having arrived at Shenzhen?

EM002209423RO has not arrived Shenzhen. it is now in Beijing or might be lost in Beijing. you need contact the post office where you shipped the parcel and file a claim.

What I don't understand is how you people can loose a 3,5 kg "express mail" package... worth a "puny value" of 400 USD plus taxes... like it was a needle... UNBELIEVABLE!
