THERE IS NO SIGNS OR PARCEL RECEIVING IN INDIA.

WHERE DO I CONTACT PLEASE HELP ME I TRIED CALLING CHINA POST TOO BUT DUE TO COMMUNICATION PROBLEM I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THEM.

the parcels should have already arrived India. However, if India customs does not release the goods, India Post can not get the arrival information and update the parcel data for China Post. So the parcel seems still stuck in China. Normally India customs will hold the parcel for one or two weeks, but since last month the processing time extended to 2 to 4 weeks. You need some patient.

But sir has parcel left China ? There is no update that parcel left from china. Please update me for the parcel departing from china.
