Post Issue with airmail to Peru

Hello, I'm having a problem with an airmail to Peru from Xiamen, this is what I get in the tracking page since August 17th : 离开【北京航站】交航
This is the tracking code the seller (lovelyseller_qzl, seem like a good guy, he is offering a refund) gave me: RL105162759CN
It is a buy from eBay and it seems to be stuck for more than a month in Beijing airport. Is there something I can do? Or will I receive it in the near future?

shipping to Peru is very very slow, from 40 to 90 days all possible. If your ebay buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

Thanks for your fast reply. Yes, I am asking for a refund and he seems to taking responsibility over this. Do you know of other Express companies that work well for shipments to Peru?

DHL,Fedex,UPS all have Express service from China to Peru. They are are quick and reliable. However, the price is much much higher than China Post.

Take a 200 grams weight parcel for example, China Post airmail to Peru price only US$4.0, the DHL/UPS/Fedex shipping fee from China to Peru is about USD50. Over 10 times difference.
