I've ordered a pair of headphones from Aliexpress and the seller give me this tracking number (RC045731800MY) but all of the tracking number I had before starts with RC and ends with CN

RC045731800MY is Malaysia Post tracking format, not from China Post.

The seller is in China so he/she give me fake tracking number? If so I will open dispute case

China seller might use other country's postal service. It is NOT necessarily a fake number.

If you just got the number, wait about 10 days and then track it in Malaysia Post website. Normally the parcel will go from China to Malaysia first, then transit to other countries through Malaysia Post.

No, it looks like a real tracking number. Many sellers in China send things via Singapore Post, Hong Kong Post, and Malaysia Post, I think because of easier customs / security scan clearance. The package needs to reach Malaysia before the tracking number will be scanned and go live, I think probably 7-10 days or so.
