I ordered shoes on sunday and it still hasnt cameup on the track website

You can track these number in http://track-chinapost.com . If it shows "china post has not received the parcel", it means the seller gave you invalid number. You can wait one more week, and track it again. If still same result, then you have to open dispute to ebay/paypal/aliexpress, claim refund and report scam.
