track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , it will tell you the number is real or invalid.

it says: Electronic Data Received

what does it mean?

If you only see one status: "Electronic Data Received", this means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but did not actually ship the goods. wait one more week and track again, if still same thing, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress against fraud shipment.
