I bought some dresses from a chinese seller a few weeks ago, about two weeks ago the seller gave me this tracking numer: RK055541323CN , but it says the package is still at the post office. Is it normal? What should I do?

RK055541323CN status is a little bit weird. normally it should have arrived Shanghai airport at this moment. I believe it has some problem with China Post Suzhou office. Ask seller contact Suzhou China Post and reship the goods.

So, the seller can actually go to the post office and get it back? If she asks they will give her the package?

Not really. But at least she can go to that office and find out what is wrong. the parcel should be in the original office.
