Usually when it arrives in customs at 9 I will receive it that day because either will say left customs around 11am but this package say held at customs twice with two different times. 9 am amd 1722 pm. I'm nervous.

Using japan post tracking website it shows held at customs twice in naha. Once in tokyo twice in naha.

you should contact Japan Post, the parcel is in their hand.
