Its been four months now. This is frustrating and I feel like I was lied to by the company. Is this a fake number? How do I get updates? Where is my package?

LP00127179008597 has nothing to do with China Post. It is Yanwen parcel. Yanwen website shows the parcel arrived USA on April 21. If you have not got the parcel, it should be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
