Post Is the package lost?

I ordered something from AE to where I am which is Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. It shipped on 28/11, and its last tracking status was on 23/12. Mongolia is right next to China. Why is it taking so long? Is it lost forever?

The tracking number is: RB129022190SG

RB129022190SG is singapore post tracking number not china post tracking. parcel should be in Singapore.
