Hey guys! A while ago (7.5 weeks) i bought some usb hub from Aliexpress with China post small ordinary packet plus, all of my other packages that i ordered at the same date and with the same shipping method already arrived a month ago and this one still didnt come in.

When i contacted the seller about it, he responded he called the shipping company and he said my package was waiting for customs cleareance (which i think is complete lies)

That was 1.5 weeks ago and he hasnt responded to any of my new messages, should i wait longer or open a dispute?

1)First step, please track the 11 digit ordinary parcel number it http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php (the server sometimes is busy, you need repeat tracking when it is busy). If the the result is invalid or "electronics data received", it means your seller is cheater and you should open dispute immediately.
2)if there is some tracking result shows shipment date, it means the parcel has been really shipped and is simply delayed(this happens occasionally). As you have been waiting over 7.5 weeks, you should ask seller extend the buyer protection. If seller does not response, you should open dispute to aliexpress.
