Please take a look at this tracking result:

2016-11-17 17:53:26.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-11-21 13:29:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport

Since 11-26, there has been no update. Does that mean that there was no attempt to load into another airplane?

1. There is a few possibilities here: your parcel tried to depart China on the 22 Nov but possibly there was no more room on the Aircraft for the mail bag. So your parcel went back to the holding area in Guangzhou.

2. Or your parcel has some Export security problem. Or your parcel is lost or misplace.

3. May I suggest you contact seller so he can in term call China Post to find out about your parcel. Please provide the seller your tracking so he understand what is going on.

My parcel lx220136042cn has been held by customs since the 23 /11/16 and has not move please help me keeps sayin leveing for gblala but has not moved

1. This is the last tracking of your parcel:

BGLALA = LANGLEY HWDC Royal Mail

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to UK. Now Royal Mail need to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Royal Mail site for any new movement.
