Post is my package trackers stuck?

here's my tracking number:
RL223135063CN

on the tracking page this is what it says:

2016-05-11 14:28:13.0 高楼post dept. received
2016-05-11 15:10:38.0 高楼post dept. customs scan
2016-05-11 18:25:04.0 leaving 高楼post dept. ，next station 福州邮区center 局
2016-05-12 08:41:38.0 福州Transit Station export security scan
2016-05-12 13:36:38.0 福州Transit Station export customs cleared

pls help because im new to this stuff! 😀 😉 😮

3. Please be aware that if your parcel is landing in Vancouver it will take 5 to 6 weeks before it will be delivered.

4. Also you can not track your parcel on Canada Post site.

1. It does not matter, the flight might be going to Vancouver (99.99%).
2. It is Customs Office in Vancouver, there is to much work, so that why it's taking a longer time then usual.
