it has been not moving after it says export customs cleared.
What's the problem with my package, and if not when will it arrive to U.S.

RI797170993CN status is ok. you should get it by Feb 20.

I am having a similar issue. My package hasn't moved since the January 23, 2016. What is the problem?? Why is it sitting in the same place for so long???

My packet hasnt moved since january 5,2016.what is the problem? Why is it sitting in the same place for so long????? My tracking number is RK340005865CN help me please. I waiting for 28 days this packet
