Post Is my package lost?

Hi. Tracking number LL328508312CN
After may 27 there has been no updates. The company i bought from says its in customs in canada and to call to collect the package. I already called Customs and they said it hasn't arrived because Canada post needs to scan it first.

I can't seem to contact anyone from China post... Is there another way to find out where the package is?

Canada Post website does not show arrival info. The parcel is still outside China or in worst case, it was lost.

I suggest you open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

Is there a possibility that it is still on a ship on its way to Canada? Anyway to tell if it was shipped by sea or air?

LL328508312CN is epacket which will be shipped by air only. Normally such parcel should arrive Canada within 10 to 20 days. Based on our statistics, Your parcel was shipped more than 1 month ago, it has more than 80% chance to be lost.
