Tracking ID:

LL162134892CN

The last status from over 2 weeks ago was, that the package arrived at the Frankfurt customs and couldn't be delivered. The customs don't have any information about it since they don't track it.

Please tell me the status of my delivery and if it is sent to the customs, why it couldn't get shipped to me and the exact adress of the customs.

LL162134892CN arrived Germany on May 2 but failed delivery. The parcel now is in the hand of Germany Post(DHL paket). You need contact them to pickup the parcel.

Thank you for your reply. Do you have any informations why the delivery failed in Frankfurt? And please give me a tracking ID for DHL, for so that I can contact DHL with the right number

you can use LL162134892CN as reference ID to contact DHL packet. They should know the delivery failure reason.
