My package hasnt been updated for more than 3 weeks, i knew there would be some delay to the uk but it still hasnt updated since 19 dec 2016 tracking number is LX240758837CN

2016-12-19 00: 00: 00.0 22:53:00 Putian City Post Express Logistics Branch International Business Department Received

2016-12-20 00: 00: 00.0 00:14:25 Putian City to reach the processing center, from Putian City Post Express Logistics Branch International Business Unit

2016-12-20 00: 00: 00.0 01:39:12 Putian City left the processing center, sent to Fuzhou

2016-12-20 00: 00: 00.0 20:55:16 Fuzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to GBLALA = LANGLEY HWDC Royal Mail

2. You might want to contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. He might be able to Call China Post EMS to find out more information about your parcel.

3. It could be also at your end, UK Customs verifying every parcels and asking Royal Mail in LANGLEY HWDC not to scan parcels until they tell them to do so.

I asked the seller and he said its because of holiday season , could this be the case?

1. Yes could be definitely the case, both UK, USA and others countries have the same problem, parcels are late.

2. Just make sure you still have buyer's protection for your parcel.
