Hello,

my package is here since 10-21:

2017-10-21 09:46 苏州处理中心, 已出口直封
Suzhou Processing Center, Export Direct Seal

Why isn't it going forward? It ships to Germany.
Tracking number: LF223732021CN

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your parcel left china on oct 21. you need wait about 2 to 3 weeks to get the parcel in Germany. there will be no update when parcel is between china and germany.

My package is stuck there as well since 06 October (Suzhou Processing Center, Export Direct Seal

.. the url shows as the parcel left China but 27 days left (almost 4 weeks) and i got nothing and no track info...
My track is RK830287746CN
Will somebody help me to know where is my parcel? My post says that it's not in my country....so, where is it for 4 weeks?

RK830287746CN left china on Oct 6. it will travel about 4 to 8 weeks to reach UKraine. You can not see new status before it arrives Ukraine.

Thank you for your answer! Is it possible to explained why so long? Other packages reached my country after China left in 3-22 days (22days was maximum) I order many things. Is that package is not avia or have other details? Or it's just an accident? You write people 2-3 weeks and for me you wrote 4-8 weeks, in what the difference is?

Please, dear friend, give me an answer why 4-8 weeks when mostly you say to others 2-3 weeks? Is my parcel not avia?

## I have order 2 sunglass from same seller .He shipped my product 29 Oct (1), 30 Oct (2).
My query is 30 Oct (2)_ RY550084421CN ,this parcel already been sent to airline
But other same product same item RY546105068CN is not updating status ,stuck in same place after October 30 _ export customs scan (domestic transit ) .Is it Airmail problem or should i open dispute to seller ?
Please help me .

No need worry and open dispute. Sometimes parcel status will not change even it has moved to new location or even it has left China. This is normal. Shipping time to Bangladesh might take 2 to 6 weeks. If you can not get it by early Dec, you should open dispute.

Good news, my package (LF223732021CN) seems to be arrived at Germany 11 days ago. (8.11)

"To the customs of the destination country"

When can I expect it to arrive? Is there any info I get from the customs or a tracking link from a German deliver company?

normally parcel will be delivered in 2 to 3 days after it arrive destination customs. You need contact Germany Post(DHL) and inquiry delivery detail.
