Hi, my epacked shipment seems to be stuck after it has been dispatched from the sorting center. Tracking code LX592503787CN
Is everything ok?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china for Italy on Nov 20. now is rush season, Italy import processing might need 2 to 3 weeks, please be patient.
