Post Ioffer fake tracking number?

Hi. I recently bought something in ioffer, day 10th to be precise. At 11th seller sent this tracking number and till today the tracking number shoes invalid everywhere. I confronted the seller today and he sent me some tracking info that you can see below. When asked where i can Track the item, he said that it Was not yet available in tracking information but the info he Was giving me, Was from his own system...

Should i proceed to call my bank to block the money?

wait 3 more business days and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, if it still shows invalid number, you should contact your bank and block payment.

You should be cautious of iOffer sellers, sometimes they provide tracking number which is working but parcel is empty. iOffer does not has buyer protection system, it is very risky online market place.
