Hi,my order RN646952168CN says "left international trade center (shipped by air) china" from 15 jan 2017.. is this normal? Can you help me?

it is normal, no need worry. your parcel is a little bit delayed by Chinese New Year holiday. wait one or two more weeks, it should arrive.
