Hello, my package was sent from China on March 13th and I have still not received it here in the UK. I can no longer see information about it on the tracking system.
Please can you give me any details?

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow and CHEAP parcel service. Normally it will arrive UK in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.

You can not get any information about such parcel after it left China. China Post worker can not answer your question because they don't know answer either. If you need to ship important or valuable item, do not use such sea/land combined CP parcel.
