Where does my parcel travel once on the plane from guangzhou to reach Dublin? How many stops will it make before reaching Dublin?

Unfortunately you can't know such information. We only can tell you that average time from Guangzhou to Dublin shipped in past 3 months took about 4 to 8 weeks.

Epacket Promised me a 15-20 day airfreight delivery to Dublin? How will it take 4-8 weeks

I believe your promise was from your seller not ePacket(they can't make such promise).

If your seller made misleading promise, you have to open dispute and claim compensation from him.

When I look up online it says epacket usually takes 15-20 days to reach Ireland? And it gave me an estimate date for the package to arrive on the 24th November

now china to Europe airlines have been cancelled a lot due to covid19. parcels need very long time to get shipping space. that is why shipping time take 4 to 8 weeks.
