Hi,

I have been waiting for parcel CP316272185CN since early December. The package is said to have left China on Dec 17th but I have no news right now. Can you please help me locate it?

1. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country France. When a parcel is in transit between 2 countries there is no tracking done to the parcel.

2. I hope somebody explain to you what was a CP number from China. If not, then this is some info.

China Post registered surface mail. Normally it is much slower than airmail and might take up to 6 months to arrive.

3. Now what needs to happen is La Poste scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the La Poste site for any new movement.
