Post Incorrect Postcode

Hi There

I returned a parcel to China on 12 February 2015 and I put the incorrect postcode. Now the parcel has been at China Customs since 22 February and has not been delivered. I would like to know if this is because of the incorrect postcode or if there is another reason. I also would like to fix the problem so the parcel can be delivered.
The tracking number for the parcel is RP011003011AU.
The correct address is - Room 201 Cell 3 Building 12. Shui An Fu Di Xiaoqu Jiaozhou 266300.
I put the incorrect postcode of 216300.

you should ask receiver call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel. otherwise it will be returned.

Hi there

The receiver does not want to contact you to pickup the parcel can you please return it to my address. I am very concerned that the parcel will get lost. Can you please return to sender.

the parcel will be returned to you if none pickup the parcel for long time. Normally this might take a couple of months. Different post office has different rule, you can not know the exact returning date.

Can you check with the post office which has my parcel how long because the parcel has already been there for a couple of almost 3 months now. Where is your the post office with my parcel located? Can you also tell me if I can send DHL there to that post office to collect the parcel and send back to me or to the receiver.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows it arrived china in Feb. No delivery information available. Normally this can be caused by following 2 reasons:
1) The parcel was delivered to seller, but delivery branch did update the delivery information to china post database.

2) the parcel is lost or can not be delivered.

Normally you should ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 if parcel has arrived china more than one week and not be delivered. As time has passed so long, I don't you can find the parcel anymore.
