Hello!

I recently purchased an item in China to be delivered to Canada, where I live. The problem is that the address is incomplete. The suite number is missing. I have contacted Canada Post and they insist that the address must be changed by China Post. How do I do this?

None can change the address if the parcel is shipped. But if you shipped the parcel with epacket, you can track it in Canada Post website. Once you notice the parcel have just arrived your area, you need rush to your local post office and stop them from delivery and pickup the parcel by yourself.

by the way, what is your tracking number?

The tracking number is LM574965394CN.

I'm afraid it's already out for delivery.

canada post website shows the parcel is in montreal. you can go to your post office to pickup the parcel. you can also contact your building supervisor and see if he collected the parcel for you. normally postman will give the parcel to building manager no matter the suite number.
