Post Incomplete Address by Seller

Hi. I purchased an item from a seller in China and they place and incomplete address hence my order was sent back. I would like to know if my order has been returned back to the seller or still with China post. The tracking number is RO617890320CN. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel was returned to china last year. but you can not know if the parcel has been received by shipper. China Post normally does not show delivery status for return parcel.
