Post HWDC and fake seller

I ordered from electronicheadphone36 on iOffer last tracked RS192185147CN on 2/9/16 at HWDC UK and there as been nothing since. Royal Mail say contact seller or chinapost as they report it lost which is fine for me but the seller no longer comes online to reply and the seller as no active items. Can you help me resolve my issue please???

RS192185147CN Placed this order on the 25/08/16 and item arrived at HWDC on the 2/09/16 but still haven't been delivered and I can't get any new tracking status please can anyone check or know why this is possible to come from China to uk in 3 days but be stuck up the road from me ???

1. If seller is not responding then contact Ioffer, also what type of payment did you do, if credit card then contact credit card. You will possibly need a statement signed by Royal Mail if they lost the parcel for the credit card company.

2. I can not think of anything else, unless Royal Mail is prepare to pay you back the cost of your parcel because their the ones that lost it.
