Tracking for CP308067514CN showed 2016-01-27 10:20 天津互换局, 已进口互封(国内经转) . I tried google translate and other english tracking website and it is saying "Tianjin office of exchange has been closed mutual imports (domestic transit)". I do not know what this means. I asked the seller and they said that this package was being returned to them and it can take up to 45 days for it to reach them. It is now about two months and they said nothing so far. Are they telling me the truth? Please advise. Thank you in advance.

天津互换局, 已进口互封(国内经转) means the parcel was returned to Tianjin from oversea.

Thank you for your quick reply, chinapostvolunteer. Would you or anybody have an idea as to how long before the package will get to be returned to sender? I am just afraid that the package is already lost.

it really depends case by case. from one week to 2 months all possible, some parcel which has no returning address might be never returned. The problem is that China Post normally does not update return delivery information. So even the parcel has been returned, the parcel status is still the same as before.
