http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW948021698CN shows your parcel was shipped from china to USA on Aug 16. normally such ePacket will take 10 to 20 days to reach USA. please wait some more days.

Once parcel enters USPS system, you will see new status in usps.com
