My tracking number is RS638323713CN.

The tracking says May 25, 2017
07:48 am
Export customs cleared China Post.

Does this mean my package is out of China and on its way to the US, or is it still in customs?

More than one month is a bit too long. Unfortunately, USPS doesnt scan chinapost registered mail items so u have no way of knowing whether your item has arrived in usa. Try waiting 2 more weeks and if u still dont have it, u should treat it as lost mail and initiate refund processing.

I ordered an item from China to be delivered to me in UK.
I have moved address and my item will be delivered. It is still in air transit. How can I change the destination address before it is taken to the wrong old address?

try to contact Royal Mail and see if they can forward all parcel from your old address to your new address.

Can someone help me find my package?? I ordered it on DHgate in the 1st of June and it still isn't here?? My tracking number is LW389710792CN

LW389710792CN left China on Jun 14. You should get it by early July.

based on our user statistic report, epacket normally will arrive in 2 to 4 weeks after leaving china. most of the waiting time happens in import processing stage which is very difficult to predict. Once the parcel completes import processing, the parcel will show USA location in usps website. then you will get it within one week.
