CP312480642CN has not left china yet. it is surface parcel, very very slow. you should not use such parcel to ship goods.

yes. surface parcel normally is shipped by ocean ship and might take up to 6 months to arrive.

about six times it is shown Exchange Bureau in Beijing, has imported opened, notes (RET, back: 39). what does this means about my package?

Based on my previous experience, your parcel should have problem to pass safety scan. You have very little chance to get the parcel if your parcel tracking results shows "Beijing Transit Station import customs scan ,remark (RET,退因:39)" .

If I were you, I will open dispute to ebay/aliepxress for lost parcel.
