I am wondering why my package LY513028902CN has been stuck in customs for a month?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php is still in China customs. This means your parcel has not got airline space yet. You need wait some more time.

Right now china post has bad delay caused by covid19 airline shortage. waiting time can take 4 to 8 weeks.

Once parcel gets space, you will see next update.
