Good morning,

i write you because i need help regarding this parcel tracking:

RB640875159LA

It is the first time that i saw a strange tracking like this, and the 17Track said that it is arrived in Italy on the 12/04/2019 but from the Italian post office
they answer that the code doesn't exist, so please could you please help me?
Could please say me if the parcel was sent (from Laos??) or not yet ?
Tha parcel was bought on Aliexpress!

RB640875159LA is Laos Post parcel. It has not arrived Italy yet.

If you can not get it by Jun 15, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
