CB127076 is not a tracking number. china post tracking number should have 13 digits.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel has not arrived China yet. CB127076765DE is slow airmail parcel. I believe you need wait another 2 to 3 weeks to see arrival info in china post tracking system.
