Post Help with tracking a package?

So I received an email from the iOffer saying that my package has been shipped out and that tracking number was unavailable. Two days later, PayPal (which I used for the transaction) sent me an invoice with the tracking number RB672106330CN, including the "Shipped" status and the shipper, which is China.

It's been two weeks since it was shipped and everytime I track the package, it says:
China Post has not received parcel# RB672106330CN

Also, estimated delivery is July 12-August 2.

RB672106330CN is fake number. seller did not ship you the goods. open dispute to paypal and claim refund.

Hi I have the same problem. I live in South Africa 10days ago aliexpress notified me that my parcel had being shipped. Tracking number is 1566854712, why can't I track my parcel with this number? DHL CAN NOT EVEN HELP
