Hello,

Dear friend, i send a package from Romania to China with prioritaire postal service from my country on 12.01.2016.
The package number is: CO988960747RO
FROM 22.01.2016, i cant find any update from my package, and now we are in 01.02.2016.
The postal service from my country told me that the package should arive until now.
Can you give me a email to contact CHINA POST?
I wrote a email on [email protected], but nowone answered to me.

Please help me, otherwise i will lose my money.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is still in Beijing customs. It should be delayed there. You can ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
