Post Help with my packages, please?

Hiya. I have 2 packages sent to me as e-packets nearly 3 weeks ago, and yet they seem to be stuck as "Your parcel has left for the destination country." and "Your parcel is in transit". These are they tracking numbers:

LX389558480CN
LX392717478CN

I use a lot of e-packet as a form of shipping and it has never taken this long to, at least, arrive in my country. Both packages are from the same seller and I am beginning to think there is something fishy with this tracking. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows both parcels were shipped on Jul 13 and Jul 17. They are on the way to Brazil.

Hello Admin, so both my parcels are still stuck at "on route" until this date. These are e-Packets, and I buy a lot of stuff using this shipping method and it has NEVER taken this long to at least arrive in my country. Both parcels are from the same seller. Is this just super unusual or there is definitely something wrong here? Thanks.
