I would like you to help me to track a package number : UN768123174CN
it was supposed to be delivered in 20-30 days but now has just passed 1 month still in china and is no sign of it.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UN768123174CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jan 11.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
