I bought 2 items on amazon that I need for an event next month not knowing they were being shipped from china. I've contacted the sellers and no response. I can't seem to track these items! It says they are due to arrive by December 28 and Jan 12. I just ordered on December 15th. Can anyone help???

1. Both tracking number are valid tracking number. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for a parcel to get register into the China Post system.

2. If after 10 days that your receive your tracking number if you still can not track your parcels, then you should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

One of the items is scheduled to be here the 28th. Are you saying it may not be here by then?

1. I don't know where the parcel are going because China Post did not show any tracking as of now. And you never mention from where you are!

2. If you are from USA because I suspect your are, then parcel to USA can take between 15 to 35 days to be deliver and sometimes more.

I hope that is not the case. Amazon said by the 12th and it is a gift. I have emailed amazon to see if there is anything I can do. It is not like them to have items arrive after the promised date.

1. I hope Santa will be nice to you. But even me when I order through Amazon it's stating Expected. So to me it mean as likely to happen in normal condition.

2. But right now, in every Post Office it's not normal condition, it's the Holiday Season so mail is slow everywhere.
