LY503673631CN Why has this shown return? The seller website has disappeared and I've been waiting for this to ship. A few weeks ago you said it should ship out within 30 days and now it is showing return? Can you stop this?

the parcel might have something with copyright or safety problem. It was returned by china customs. You need open dispute to paypal or contact your bank to claim refund.
