My tracking number RS589300081CN that seller give me in 22april was never available for track. After 7 days it became "expired", i contact the seller that say me there were problem with china custom and he has send all paper works, and say me that the tracking will be available after 2-3 days, but now the tracking is yet expired. Have you some information to give me about this tracking and my parcel? Thanks

china customs has no problem, your seller has problem. What he told you are nonsense.The truth is that he never shipped anything to you. I wish you did not place the order in ioffer which has so many cheaters playing similar games.

If you purchased the goods from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, open dispute to them against your seller's fraud shipment.

you can push your seller to ship the goods asap. tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute. see what will happen to him.
