This is what I am seeing as the last update for your tracking id "2015-07-26 04:30 Beijing airport and left"

It's been over a month so, the package should have reached Australia by now (not sure, though). You better try checking up with your local (foreign) post office/customs office for any update. If it is negative then you should contact seller and may have to start the process for refund.
