Hi my parcel is at same terminal for almost a week, and no new updates. Please review and assist, thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV837019611CN shows the parcel was shipped on Mar 26. If no more update, normally it means the parcel has left China.

After parcel left China, normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
