4. Into your E Bay account can you at less follow you Parcel where it's at etc...? Was it received by China Post?

5. May I suggest you contact seller and ask him if it's China Air Post, why does the number do not have at the end CN (for China). Maybe he type in the wrong number? Let him know that you can not track the parcel at all.

6. If the explanation does not meet your standard just open a dispute with E Bay and see what will happen.
