I have had many things shipped from China and can't understand where my package is. Please help and thank you

EA184786476CN left china for New York on Oct 26. Now New York customs clearance is very slow. you need wait about 2 to 4 weeks to get it released from US customs. You can not see new status until your parcel customs clearance completes.
